ATS Resume Checker provides a free ATS (Applicant Tracking System) resume analysis tool and an AI-powered resume optimization service. The Service analyzes resumes against job postings, provides ATS compatibility scores, and generates optimized resume versions using artificial intelligence.

2. Free and Paid Features

Free features: Resume upload, ATS score checking, keyword analysis, AI-generated resume preview with watermarks.
Paid features: Downloading optimized resumes as clean PDF or Word documents without watermarks. Available as a single purchase ($4.99 per resume) or monthly subscription ($9.99/month for unlimited resumes).

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Important: Resumes generated by our AI tool are suggestions based on your input data. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing any AI-generated content before submitting it to employers. We do not guarantee that AI-generated resumes will be factually accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular job application.

Specifically:

Always verify that all information in the generated resume is accurate and truthful.
Do not submit a resume containing false claims, fabricated experience, or misleading information to employers.
The AI may occasionally rephrase or reorganize information in ways that change meaning. Review carefully.
ATS scores are estimates based on keyword analysis and do not guarantee that your resume will pass any specific employer's ATS system.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide and all content you submit to employers.
You will not use the Service to create fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive resumes.
You will not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.
You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment information.
Single resume purchases are non-refundable once the download has been accessed.
Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing a paid download, contact us for assistance.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your resume content. The AI-generated optimized version is yours to use as you wish. We claim no ownership over resumes you create or optimize using our Service.

The Service itself, including its design, code, branding, and blog content, is our intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
ATS scores will accurately predict the performance of your resume with any specific employer's ATS.
AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs.
Use of the Service will result in job interviews or employment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information. In summary: we do not store your resume data on our servers.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
