What We Collect

When you use Resume Weapon (ATSResumeChecker.io), the resume content you upload or paste is processed to generate your ATS score and optimized resume. We collect anonymous usage analytics (page views, feature usage) to improve the product. If you make a purchase, payment is handled securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details.

How Your Resume Is Handled

Resume text extraction and parsing happen client-side, in your browser. When you generate an optimized resume, your resume content is sent to our AI provider solely to produce that output for you. It is not stored for training, not retained for marketing, and not sold or shared with data brokers.

What We Don't Do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use your resume data to train machine learning models. We do not share your resume or contact details with recruiters, advertisers, or third parties. We do not run third-party advertising that tracks you across the web.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. When you pay for a resume download, Stripe handles your card information directly. We receive only confirmation that a payment succeeded — never your card number.

Cookies and Analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the product is used in aggregate. These do not identify you personally. We may use a cookie to remember your session and preferences.

Your Rights

You can request information about data associated with you, or request deletion, by emailing support@atsresumechecker.io. Because we minimize what we collect and don't require accounts, there is typically very little stored data tied to any individual.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, we'll revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
